Manage a portfolio of 50 accounts (500 account within the team) with a focus on driving adoption, increasing client satisfaction, and supporting retention & growth. Responsible for client transition from Implementation to Client Success including project managing and executing on technical site configurations. Some domestic and international travel required for client visits, meetings and conferences. Domestic travel approximately 40% of time. International travel approximately once per year.
