Most recently the Global Client Director for Elite, Pierson brings extensive experience in financial management and a track record of helping law firms modernize their operations. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of financial workflows—from billing and collections to client engagement—making her uniquely positioned to evangelize the adoption of wholistic Invoices-to-Cash workflows.
